By using FitBuddie you agree to these terms. FitBuddie is a platform that connects athletes, coaches and nutritionists.

2. Account & usage

• You are responsible for the security of your account
• You provide correct and up-to-date information
• Misuse of the platform will result in account removal

3. Credits & payments

Credits are used for AI features and premium services. Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Payments are processed through Mollie.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including the design, logo and the name FitBuddie, is the property of FitBuddie. By posting content you grant us permission to display it on the platform.

5. Liability

FitBuddie is a tool and not a substitute for professional medical or sports advice. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from the use of the platform.
