These terms apply to all orders through the FIT PRO webshop (fitbuddie.nl). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer and order between Fitbuddie B.V. and the consumer. By placing an order you accept these terms.
3. Offers and prices
- All prices are in euros, including 21% Dutch VAT, excluding shipping (unless stated otherwise).
- Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free for orders over €75. Below that we charge €4.95.
- Offers are valid while stocks last and may change at any time.
- Obvious mistakes or errors in pricing are not binding.
4. Agreement
The agreement is concluded the moment we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders or attach conditions to delivery, without giving reasons.
5. Payment
Payment runs through our payment provider Mollie. Available methods: iDEAL, Bancontact, VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal. The full purchase price is charged at the time of ordering.
6. Delivery
- Working days before 5 PM = same-day shipment.
- Delivery time Netherlands: 1–2 working days. Belgium: 2–3. Other EU: 3–7 working days.
- Maximum delivery is 30 days from order, unless agreed otherwise.
- The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer at receipt.
7. Right of withdrawal (returns)
You have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason, counted from the day you receive the last item. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days.
During this period you may unpack and try the product the way you would in a store. Excessive use or damage may result in a deduction.
How to return:
- Email support@fitbuddie.nl within 30 days with your order number.
- We send you a free return label.
- Stick the label on the box and drop it at a PostNL point.
- Within 5 working days of receipt, we refund the full amount.
8. Warranty
All products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty on manufacturing defects, without prejudice to the statutory conformity obligation (in the Netherlands you may be entitled to up to 6 years of warranty, depending on the lifespan you could reasonably expect).
Not covered: damage caused by misuse (drops, water above IP68 limits, disassembly), normal wear, lost straps.
Claim warranty: email support@fitbuddie.nl with your order number and a brief description.
9. Liability
The health data the Pro X measures (heart rate, HRV, sleep, etc.) is indicative and not medical. The device is not a medical device and may not be used for diagnosis, treatment or monitoring of medical conditions.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
10. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted clearly and completely to support@fitbuddie.nl. We respond within 14 days. Cannot reach a resolution? You can submit your complaint to ConsuWijzer or via the European ODR platform.
11. Intellectual property
All texts, photos, logos and software on this website are the property of Fitbuddie B.V. or its licensors. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court.
13. Changes
Fitbuddie B.V. may update these terms. The version that applied at the time of order remains valid for that agreement.
