Not satisfied? Send it back free of charge within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in its original or as-new condition.
How do I return?
Email support@fitbuddie.nl with your order number. We will send a free return label. Stick it on the box and drop it at a PostNL point.
When do I get my money back?
Within 5 working days of receiving your return we refund the amount to the same payment method you used.
2-year manufacturer warranty
Full 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Defective products will be replaced or repaired free of charge. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.
